Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated warehouse associate to join our team. This role involves partnering with the Warehouse Manager and the Office Manager to assist with purchasing duties, customer service, and shipping & receiving tasks
Responsibilities- Review dispatches and distribute to the warehouse.
- Print required documents such as MSDS, certificates of analysis, and panels.
- Handle truck loading and FedEx/UPS shipments.
- Review open purchase order (PO) reports for raw materials.
- Track shipping charges for our deliveries.
- Match invoices to receipts and forward to MTL 2-3 times a week.
- Provide clerical support to the maintenance manager.
- Receive raw materials and file Goods Received Notes (GRNs).
- Provide clerical and administrative support for shipping and receiving.
- Modify purchase orders.
- Provide customer service.
- Manage inventory and oversee shipping and receiving.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Ability to handle material and order picking.
