Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for setting up paint mix and racking parts to prep for painting.

Responsibilities

• Help mask and prep parts for painting.
• Properly apply liquid paint to evenly cover products.
• Check parts for paint thickness, ensuring it is between 1-2 mm.
• Assist in other areas when the paint line is not busy.
• Wear proper PPE (respirator/face mask) while painting.
• Use computer to schedule and complete jobs.

Essential Skills

• 1-2 years of industrial painting experience.
• Experience with paint prep.
• Proficiency in using a spray gun.
• Knowledge of operating a paint booth.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Liquid paint experience preferred.
• Cerakote experience is advantageous.
• Experience with blasting and sandblasting.
• ITAR compliance.

Work Environment

The dress code is casual (T-shirt, long pants, and closed-toed shoes). The work area is small, clean, and climate-controlled, with some of the nicer paint booths you will find. The first shift is from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00
