Merchandise Accounts Payable Clerk
Pay: $25-$30
Reports to: Merchandise Accounts Payable Manager
 Hours: 8-5 and or flexible
 500-750 invoices
 3 way match
 Software SAP

Position Summary: The Merchandise Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for processing merchandise invoices for payment.
Principal Responsibilities:
1. Process vendor invoices for payment
2. Audit invoice entries for accuracy prior to payment issuance
3. Research and resolve quantity and price discrepancies on vendor invoices prior to processing.
4. Report all invoice issues to Problem Resolution team member

Requirements:
High school degree is required. One year of experience in a full-cycle accounts payable environment preferred. Good written and oral communication skills required.
Must be a team player with the ability to get along well with others.
