Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to assist in our metal shop. The ideal candidate will have experience in metalworking, including drilling, fabrication, cutting, and welding with various metals such as aluminum and steel.
Responsibilities- Assist in the metal shop with various tasks.
- Perform drilling, cutting, and grinding on metal components.
- Fabricate metal parts and structures according to drawings and specifications.
- Utilize MIG and TIG welding techniques for aluminum and steel.
- Operate lathe machines and other metalworking tools.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Experience in metal fabrication.
- Proficiency in drilling and cutting metal.
- Skilled in grinding metal components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Experience working with aluminum and steel.
- Proficient in MIG and TIG welding.
- Possession of basic tools, including a tape measure, helmet, and squares.
- Experience running a personal welding shop is a plus.
