Soliant is seeking a caring and dedicated Paraprofessional to join a supportive school district near Richfield, Minnesota. In this role, you will work closely with students and teachers to provide valuable classroom support, helping students with special needs thrive in their learning environment.

Position: Paraprofessional
Location: Near Richfield, MN
Employment Type: Full-time, Contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist classroom teachers in providing instructional and behavioral support for students with special needs.
  • Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to help them achieve their IEP goals.
  • Provide personal care and assistance as needed, promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to adapt and implement curriculum modifications.
  • Monitor and record student progress, supporting the team in assessing and adjusting strategies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or higher in education or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is highly valued.
  • Strong munication, patience, and teamwork skills.
  • A passion for supporting students and helping them succeed.
