Job DescriptionJob Description

Immediately hiring General Assemblers located near the Honey Brook, PA area that are looking for a FULL TIME opportunity with this great manufacturing company. We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Shop Helper to assist with material handling, shipping, and receiving. The role involves daily use of hand and power tools to assemble equipment, forklift operation, and light computer work. You will be responsible for moving materials to production lines, loading and unloading materials, and some light fabrication of parts as needed. The ideal candidate will work at a fast pace with great attention to detail and be capable of lifting and loading heavy industrial materials daily.

Responsibilities
  • Handle materials and prepare them for shipping and receiving.
  • Operate forklifts for material handling.
  • Daily use of hand and power tools to assemble equipment.
  • Move materials to production lines.
  • Load and unload materials as needed.
  • Perform light fabrication of parts as needed.
  • Work at a fast pace while maintaining great attention to detail.
Essential Skills
  • 1+ years of experience with hand and power tools.
  • 1+ years of mechanical assembly or automotive assembly experience.
  • 1+ years of physical labor in a manufacturing or shop environment.
  • 1+ years of forklift operation or material handling experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00
