Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our company as an Automation Technician. In this role, you will install, maintain, and replace automation systems throughout the production process. Additionally, you will troubleshoot component parts, including motion sensors, control components, photosensors, and other vital technology.

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and replace automation systems in the production process.
  • Troubleshoot and repair component parts, including motion sensors, control components, and photosensors.
  • Perform maintenance tasks on Fanuc robots.
  • Work with Siemens PLCs.
  • Handle injection molding and plastics-related tasks.
  • Read and understand electrical diagrams.
  • Work with hydraulics and pneumatics systems.
  • Operate 3/6 axis machines.
Essential Skills
  • Electrical troubleshooting
  • Mechanical maintenance
  • Hydraulics and pneumatics proficiency
  • PLC troubleshooting
  • Experience Fanuc robots
  • Siemens PLC knowledge
  • Understanding of electrical diagrams
  • Injection molding/plastics experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with German machines (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Technical degree (preferred)
