Position: Educational Diagnostician
Schedule: Minimum 2 days/week, up to 4 days/week
Experience Required: 3+ years in Educational Diagnostics
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Educational Diagnostician to join our team in Texas. This is an onsite-only position offering flexible scheduling between 2 to 4 days per week. You will play a key role in conducting testing and evaluations for students, and your expertise will be crucial in helping shape educational decisions for students with disabilities. If you are passionate about supporting student success and have experience with Manifestation Determination Reviews (MDRs), we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct prehensive testing and evaluations to assess students' learning needs and disabilities.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school teams to interpret evaluation results and develop appropriate educational plans.
- Facilitate Manifestation Determination Reviews (MDRs) to assess if a students behavior is linked to their disability or the schools failure to implement their IEP.
- Provide written reports and remendations based on evaluation findings.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of plans that support student success.
What Were Looking For:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Educational Diagnostician or in a similar role.
- Proven experience with MDRs (Manifestation Determination Reviews) and the ability to manage these critical meetings effectively.
- Strong knowledge of testing protocols, assessment tools, and educational strategies for students with disabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, school administrators, and families to ensure student needs are met.
- Certification as an Educational Diagnostician in Texas is required.
