Our client, a leading litigation law firm with offices throughout the Northeast, has an immediate need for a Senior Medical Malpractice Attorney, to join our winning team in Hartford.
Our candidate of choice will be expected to independently manage a caseload involving medical malpractice claims. This is a hybrid role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:
- JD from an ABA accredited law school and admission to the Connecticut State Bar.
- 10+ of experience in Medical Malpractice defense litigation required.
- 5 years (minimum) of prior trial experience in Connecticut federal and state courts.
- Independently handle mediations, arbitrations, trials, and hearings.
