Job Title: Full-Time School Paraprofessional

Position Overview:
We are seeking a committed and energetic full-time School Paraprofessional to join our team in Hilliard, OH, for the 2024-2025 school year. The ideal candidate will assist classroom teachers by providing support to students and helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in classroom management and lesson implementation
• Support individual students or small groups with special educational needs
• Help with classroom activities, preparing materials, and instructional support
• Monitor student behavior and provide guidance as needed
• Assist in creating a welcoming, safe, and structured classroom environment
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure student success

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's degree or higher preferred)
• Experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and staff
• A commitment to supporting diverse student populations
