CNC Machinist

Paying $27 - $32

Location - NW Portland, OR

Responsibilities:

  • Wood fabrication.
  • Laying out assemblies.
  • Sawing parts as needed per drawings.
  • Drilling timber frames for fabrication of structural/architectural pieces for park construction projects.
  • Material handling and preparing outgoing shipments for orders.
  • Quality checks with measurement tools with use of blueprints/drawings.

Qualifications:

  • Reading drawings or blueprints to ensure assemblies are made correctly and tape measuring.

Environment/ Shift:

  • Manufacturing company that makes anything from park benches, playground equipment, fitness equipment, slides, trash cans, etc. They serve clients nationally.
  • Laid back shop environment that is open to the elements. (Cold in the winter, hot in the summer).
  • Day shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm, M - F.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00
