ProCare Therapy is partnering with a fantastic school district in Richardson, TX, to find dedicated School Psychologists for the current school year. As a key member of the educational team, you will provide critical support to students and staff by assessing, diagnosing, and treating psychological disorders, while collaborating with educators to develop strategies that enhance students emotional well-being and learning potential. Pay & Benefits:

- Provide psychological assessments to identify students' mental health and learning needs.
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with emotional or behavioral challenges.
- Assist teachers and support staff in managing classroom behavior and promoting positive social-emotional skills.
- Collect and analyze data on student progress, behavior, and responses to interventions.
- Collaborate with special education teams to tailor strategies for individual student needs.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure as a School Psychologist in the state of employment.
- Certification as a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) is preferred.
- (10-15) minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- (20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school
- Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview
