Position Details:

-Job Title:Speech Language Pathologist
-Location: California
-Employment Type: 1099
-Hourly Pay: $40-$55(commensurate with experience and based on state district)
-Caseload Details: Discussed on interview

Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans to address individual needs.
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions to support students' speech and language development.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of student progress.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state license for Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) awarded by ASHA
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency in evidence-based practices for speech and language therapy
- 2 years of virtual therapy experience
- Successful completion of technical screening, to be detailed during phone screening
