School Psychologist-Giddings, Texas

I am looking to hire on adedicated and compassionate School Psychologist nearGiddings, TX. As a School Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the academic and emotional well-being of our students. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to assess students' needs, develop interventions, and provide counseling services as necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas for growth.
• Collaborate with educators and parents to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges.
• Advocate for students' needs and support positive behavioral interventions throughout the school community.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
• School Psych License for TX
• Experience working in a school setting and knowledge of special education laws and regulations.
