Responsibilities:
• Managing and resolving issues within the day-to-day operations of an established compliance system.
• Handling a specific portfolio, which may include properties under various governmental agencies such as HUD, WHEDA, and IHDA.
• Ensuring that all compliance tasks are properly executed.
• Implementing effective communication skills including verbal, written, and listening both over the telephone and in person.
• Adhering to government rules and regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining confidentiality.
• Participating in scheduled work hours, attending meetings at various locations including evening, weekend, and overnight hours.
• Implementing affirmative fire housing requirements and maintaining a non-discriminatory approach.
• Working safely and adhering to safety procedures including attendance at scheduled safety programs.
• Utilizing various tools and software such as Microsoft Excel, Yardi, Mail Merge for data entry and management.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Real Estate & Property industry.
• Strong knowledge of Compliance regulations pertaining to Real Estate & Property.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for maintaining and analyzing data.
• Experience with Yardi property management software is preferred.
• Ability to handle Mail Merge operations for mass communication.
• Familiarity with Fax machine operations for document transmission.
• Demonstrated ability to compose detail oriented letters for various purposes.
• Experience in Master Scheduling to manage and coordinate tasks effectively.
• Strong data entry skills, with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Comfortable with operating a switchboard, specifically handling 1 - 10 lines.
