Join Our Team as a Machine Operator for a Meat Packing Company
Location: Tracy, CA
Shift: Monday-Friday + Some Saturdays (1st and 2nd Shifts Available)
Hours: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Pay: $22–$25/hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire

Duties and Responsibilities
Your day-to-day:
✅ Prepare machines and production lines for efficient operations.
✅ Lead and guide team members with clear instructions.
✅ Monitor raw materials to ensure smooth workflow.
✅ Maximize productivity and maintain top-notch quality standards.
✅ Keep detailed records and handle QA/Production paperwork.
✅ Solve work challenges and promote a positive, inclusive work culture.
✅ Enforce safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
✅ Step in to assist with various production floor roles as needed.
✅ What We’re Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:✔ High School Diploma or GED
✔ 2+ years of experience in food processing
Preferred Skills:
3–5 years of meat processing experience
USDA-trained with HACCP Certification
Advanced knowledge of GMPs
