Paraprofessional Needed In Holland, PA
ProCare Therapy is looking for experienced Teachers Assistantsin the Holland, PAarea who are interested in applying for a full-time School Special Education Teachers Assistant opening for the new school year this upcoming fall. This position would begin in October 2024 and last for the full 2024-2025 school year, through June 2024. As a full-time ProCare contracted employee, you would enjoy a competitive hourly pay rate along with a generous benefits package tailored specifically to your unique needs. ProCare Therapy will handle the logistical side of scheduling interviews and working with HR Departments and districts, leaving you to simply be able to focus on providing the best education services you can to your students. Job Assignment Details:

  • Hourly Pay Rate: $20-26/hr.
    • Specific hourly pay rate is negotiable and will be discussed further during hiring process
  • Benefits: Insurance Benefits provided (Medical, Vision & Dental)
  • Guaranteed Hours: 30 hours per week (minimum)
  • Assignment Length: October2024 June 2024
  • Case Load Description:
    • Chosen candidate will be assigned to either an elementary, middle school or high school caseload (depending on experience & preference).
    • Paraprofessional are typically assigned to work with one student unless otherwise specified in interview process
  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Provide direct classroom support to assigned Special Education teacher in the district
    • Assist students with behavioral management techniques throughout the day as needed
    • Work 1-to-1 and in small group settings with student(s) in assigned caseload

Job Qualifications:

  • Previous school paraprofessional experience preferred, but new grads & first timers arealso welcome
  • Must provide 2 professional references & pass drug/background check
