Shift:7am - 4pm Monday - Friday

Job Overview:This company is a leader in the plumbing parts manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Pipe Threader, Cutter, and Groover to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with specialized equipment for threading, cutting, and grooving pipes used in plumbing applications. This role requires precise attention to detail and a commitment to safety and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Threading: Operate pipe threading machines to thread pipes to specific dimensions for a variety of plumbing applications.
  • Cutting: Accurately cut pipes to length according to project specifications, using appropriate cutting tools such as pipe saws or pipe cutters.
  • Grooving: Utilize pipe grooving tools to prepare pipes for couplings and other plumbing connections.
  • Reading Blueprints & Specifications: Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to ensure accurate dimensions and correct threading, cutting, and grooving.
  • Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment, ensuring all machines are properly set up and calibrated.
  • Quality Control: Inspect pipes for proper dimensions, threading, and grooving; verify that all products meet company quality standards before distribution.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow safety procedures, including the use of PPE and adherence to OSHA regulations, while operating machinery and handling materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of [3] years of experience working as a pipe threader, cutter, and groover in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in operating pipe threading, cutting, and grooving machines, including hands-on experience with machines
