We are seeking motivated individuals for an Entry Level Manufacturing Role at our facility located in Sultan, WA, 98294. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to start their career in manufacturing. If you have a passion for hands-on work and are eager to learn to work with Metal production, fabrication, or machine operation, we want to hear from you
Responsibilities- Operate manual grinders and other manufacturing equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist in the production process by preparing materials and components.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Experience with manual grinders is preferred but not required; we are willing to train.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Must be able to lift and move materials as needed.
