Position Overview:
As a Main Branch Teller, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, helping them with their banking needs and providing exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and contribute to the growth and success of our bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor and provide them with a smooth and positive banking experience.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process cash deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions.
- Cash Handling: Balance cash drawer daily and ensure all transactions are handled with accuracy.
- Customer Inquiries: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on bank products and services.
- Maintain Customer Records: Ensure that customer records are meticulously maintained, fostering trust and reliability.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and enhance the overall banking experience.
- Innovative Banking Products: Learn about and assist clients with innovative banking products and services.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize Jack Henry software to streamline operations and improve customer interactions.
Qualification
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to engage with customers professionally, resolve issues, and ensure their needs are met with a positive attitude.
- Transaction Processing: Experience processing banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain customer records and balance cash with precision.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to proactively address customer inquiries and adapt to fast-paced situations.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Jack Henry banking software is a plus
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate and share insights with colleagues to improve customer service and bank operations.
