We are in the process of expanding our team in MONUMENT, Colorado, 80132-0609, United States and are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a HR Generalist. The selected candidate will be an integral part of our HR department, responsible for various tasks ranging from recruitment to administrative duties involved in the hiring process.


Responsibilities:

• Efficiently managing the recruitment process which includes job postings, screening applications, and organizing interviews.

• Assisting in the administration of compensation, benefit, and performance management systems.

• Providing guidance to managers regarding HR issues, practices, policies, and regulations.

• Participating in job fairs and industry conferences, and managing company booths at these events.

• Ensuring employee records and paperwork are maintained in compliance with relevant legal requirements.

• Facilitating onboarding and new-employee orientations.

• Involvement in corporate, college, and executive recruiting.

• Managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with FMLA.

• Utilizing HRMS (Human Resources Management Software) and Office Suite for efficient workflow.

• Using ADP Workforce Now for HR related tasks

• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now is required for effective HR management.
• Excellent communication skills are needed to interact with employees and management.
• Extensive knowledge of compliance regulations within the Health Pharm/Biotech industry is necessary.
• Demonstrated experience in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues.
• Familiarity with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) to ensure the company's adherence to these regulations.
• Proven track record in corporate recruiting, sourcing and retaining top talent for the company.
• Experience in college recruiting, able to establish relationships with universities and attract graduates to the company.
• Expertise in executive recruiting, capable of filling senior roles with appropriate candidates.
• Proficient in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Ability to conduct new employee orientations, providing necessary information and guidance to newcomers.
