Position Overview: As a Call Center Representative, you'll be the engaging voice of our team Your role involves handling inbound customer calls, resolving inquiries, and turning complaints into satisfaction, all while projecting a professional image.

IMPORTANT: You MUST hold a valid MLO license to apply for this position.

Essential Job Functions:

• Engage with customers through inbound calls.
• Resolve product and service inquiries and complaints.
• Transfer complex inquiries to the right experts.
• Maintain call reports and identify trends.
• Provide efficient solutions using troubleshooting techniques.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
• Flexibility, proactivity, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
• High school diploma or general education degree required.
• MLO license is REQUIRED.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
