Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Sharon, MA

ProCare Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a school district in Sharon, MA. This position offers the chance to provide crucial therapy services to students and play a vital role in their educational development.

Position Overview:
  • Role: Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
  • Location: Sharon, MA
  • Schedule: 7 hours per day (8:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
  • Duration: ASAP February 27, 2025
  • Caseload: Approximately 15 students
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver physical therapy services to students in accordance with their IEP goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings to discuss student progress and recommend next steps
  • Create and document IEP goals in collaboration with school staff and parents
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment plans
  • Support students physical development and mobility within the school environment
Qualifications:
  • Active PT or PTA license in Massachusetts (required)
  • Experience working in schools is preferred but not required
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
