Responsibilities:

Receive, process, and track invoices for payment.
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
Produce monthly reports.
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
Assist with month-end closing.
Provide supporting documentation for audits.
Carry out filing and record keeping tasks.
Maintain vendor files and correspond with vendors in response to inquiries.
Qualifications:

At least one year of Accounts Payable experience required.
Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
Must be organized and attentive to detail.
Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
Must be flexible with changing priorities and able to communicate in a diplomatic and professional manner.
Computer skills including at least intermediate level experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office Software.Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, Month End Close
