Your Role:

As an SLPA in this full-time role, you will work closely with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide therapeutic services to students in K-12.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing speech and language therapy programs developed by the SLP.
  • Conducting speech-language assessments and progress monitoring.
  • Documenting student progress and reporting to the supervising SLP.
  • Collaborating with classroom teachers and other school staff to support students communication needs.
  • Providing individual and group therapy sessions based on IEP goals.
  • Assisting with classroom interventions and supporting students in their communication development.
What You Need:
  • An associate's or bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in OK
The Interview Process:
  1. Initial Screening: A brief 10-15 minute call with a ProCare Recruiter.
  2. District Interview: A 20-30 minute virtual or in-person interview with the school district.
  3. Offer: Expect an offer within 24 hours after the interview
