FSQA Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain food safety and quality assurance programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., HACCP, FSMA, USDA, FDA).
  • Manage audits, inspections, product testing, and corrective actions to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
  • Lead and mentor the FSQA team, providing training and fostering continuous improvement in food safety practices.


FSQA Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field; certifications in HACCP or SQF preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in food safety and quality management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control processes, and audit procedures.
