Job Description

The employee will be performing manual labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds, scanning, and loading materials into machines. After the contract period and proper training, candidates will advance to operating an extruder machine. Ideal candidates will be mechanically inclined.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting 50 pounds, scanning, and loading materials into machines.
• Operate extruder machines after training and contract period.
• Perform light maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
• Operate various production machines and hand tools.
• Mix materials and inspect finished products.
• Ensure quality control by performing inspections.

Essential Skills

• Ability to lift over 50 pounds.
• Experience with light maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in machine operation.
• Experience with mixing, hand tools, and inspection.
• Mechanically inclined.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience.
• Ability to use tools and read a tape measure.
• Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing facility is a plus.

Work Environment

This role is based in a non-climate controlled manufacturing facility. Shifts available include 1st shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM), 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 11:00 PM), and 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 6:00 AM).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chickasha, Oklahoma.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00
