Salary: Up to $60,000 (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for over 200 employees accurately and timely using Paycom.
  • Handle journal entries and perform reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state payroll regulations.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Paycom is a MUST.
  • Demonstrated experience processing payroll for 100+ employees at a minimum.
  • Strong background in journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
