Job Description

We are currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift general production workers at our main facility. Candidates will use hand tools and a tape measure to follow work instructions and assemble various components of flooring and drop ceiling products. All lifting will be done as a team, but candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 40-45lbs on their own a handful of times per shift. There is also an opportunity to train on machinery once hired on.

Shift Details:

- 2nd Shift: 2 PM - 10:20 PM

- 3rd Shift: 10 PM - 6:20 AM

Dress Code:

- Long pants required, no sweatpants

- Short sleeve minimum, no sleeveless

- Steel toe shoes required (metatarsal guards provided)

Hard Skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs.
  • Experience with hand tools and measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, tape measure, dial indicator, feeler gauges)
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions
  • Basic machine operation knowledge
  • Completion of production reporting and quality paperwork
