Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is looking for aSpecial Education Teacher to join our team in Sumner, WA. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement IEPs: Create and update individualized education plans tailored to each student's needs and monitor their progress.
- Deliver Specialized Instruction: Provide targeted teaching strategies and support to address academic and behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate and Support: Work closely with students, parents, and school staff to ensure effective educational strategies and interventions.
Qualifications:
- Certification: Valid Special Education Certification/Licensure in Washington State.
- Experience: Previous experience in special education is preferred.
- Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Special Education or a related field (Masters Degree preferred).
