Job Description

CNC Machinists will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines. You will operate CNC turning machines, lathes, grinders, and presses, primarily working with Haas machines. Machinists must have their own tools, including micrometers and calipers. You are expected to set up complex jobs and work independently from day one. MasterCam programming experience is needed, along with proficiency in G and M code. This role prefers candidates with 5+ years of experience.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Wilmington, Delaware.

Work Environment

Machine shop with 11 turning machines and 13 mills, mostly Haas machines. The environment is temperature-controlled with a friendly and diverse group of employees. The owner and shop foreman are actively present on the floor, contributing to a positive culture.
