Employment Type: W2 Contracted Position

Job Description:
Soliant is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our educational team in Pennsylvania for the 2024-2025 school year. This position will focus on developing and implementing behavior support plans for students in a K-12 setting. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in behavioral analysis, a collaborative spirit, and a dedication to helping students achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide direct support and training to teachers and staff on behavior intervention techniques
  • Collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive environments for students
  • Monitor student progress, collect and analyze data, and adjust interventions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with state and district standards for behavior interventions

Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and school teams

Position Details:

  • Full-time, contracted position for the 2024-2025 school year
  • Competitive hourly rate starting at $50+, based on experience
