Soliant Health is seeking an experiencedStepdown RNfor a 13-week travel contract inEvansville, Indiana. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, progressive care unit (PCU), providing specialized care for patients transitioning from ICU-level care.

Job Overview:
As aStepdown RNon this travel contract, you will be responsible for monitoring patients with moderate to high acuity levels who require closer observation than those in a regular medical-surgical unit. Working3x12-hour night shifts, youll be part of a dynamic care team in a supportive and well-equipped facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide care for patients in the Stepdown/PCU unit, monitoring vitals and responding to changes in condition.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and assist with patient recovery plans.
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outes.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Active RN license in Indiana (or pact license).
  • At least 1year of recent experience in a Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
  • At least 3 years of RN experience at a Trauma Level II Hospital
  • BLS/ACLS certifications.
  • Strong organizational and munication skills.
