Job Description:

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel CT Technologist for a 13-week contract position in Mount Carmel, OH. This position offers multiple shifts, providing flexibility and an excellent opportunity for an experienced CT Technologist to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of CT procedures utilizing Canon CT Rad X-ray equipment.
  • Prepare exam rooms, obtain informed consent, and gather accurate clinical history.
  • Review patient history and determine appropriate CT protocols.
  • Explain examination methods, position patients, and ensure their comfort and safety during procedures.
  • Ensure the quality of CT images and coordinate the preparation of images/exams for physician review.
  • Document and communicate patient-related information thoroughly and accurately.
  • Monitor CT equipment performance, report issues, and perform necessary maintenance.
  • Perform additional X-ray duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Must be licensed as a Radiographer by the state of Ohio.
  • ARRT certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a CT Technologist in a hospital setting.
  • Experience with Canon CT Rad X-ray equipment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong understanding of CT and X-ray safety protocols.
  • Excellent technical skills in operating CT and X-ray equipment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.
  • Demonstrated commitment to high standards of patient care and professionalism.
  • Ability to travel to and from the workplace.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen in accordance with Joint Commission standards.
