Job Opportunity: Paraprofessional 1:1 Caseload

Location: Tempe, AZ

We are seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to work with an elementary student on a 1:1 caseload. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children diagnosed with ADHD and ODD.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM3:00 PM (with a 30-minute unpaid break)
  • Caseload: 1 elementary student with ADHD and ODD
  • Responsibilities:
    • Provide individualized support to the student throughout the school day.
    • Assist with academic tasks, behavior management, and emotional support.
    • Collaborate with the teacher and other staff to ensure the student's needs are met.
    • Implement behavior plans and strategies to support the student's learning.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children diagnosed with ADHD and ODD is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation:

  • Hourly Pay: Up to $24/hour
