Paraprofessional
Location: Lake Monticello, VA

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate Paraprofessional to join our team In this role, you will support teachers and students in the classroom, helping to create a positive learning environment, especially for students with special needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers with instructional activities and classroom management
  • Provide support to students with disabilities and diverse learning needs
  • Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior plans
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
  • Maintain a safe and positive classroom environment
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with children, especially those with special needs (preferred)
  • Strong munication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification if required
