Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a school team in Parker City, Indiana. This is a wonderful opportunity to support K-12 students in their development, working in a school setting with a focus on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence.

Job Description:

As an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Parker City, you will work directly with students to address a wide range of needs, including motor coordination, sensory integration, and daily life skills. This full-time role involves creating and implementing therapy plans, collaborating with educators, and supporting students to succeed in the classroom and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized and group therapy to K-12 students with a range of physical, sensory, and cognitive challenges.
  • Develop and implement therapy plans that align with each students IEP goals.
  • Work with school staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom settings.
  • Conduct assessments and track student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
  • Attend IEP meetings, offering insights and recommendations to ensure student success.
Qualifications:
  • Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Active Indiana OT License required.
  • Prior experience working with K-12 students preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
