We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Finance Director to join our dynamic leadership team at a pivotal moment of rapid expansion. As we embark on an exciting journey towards launching a franchise model in 2026, we need a forward-thinking, strategic, and hands-on Finance Director to manage our financial planning and reporting. This individual will play a key role in shaping the financial direction of the business, ensuring operational efficiency, and positioning the company for sustainable growth as we scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Strategy:
- Lead the development and implementation of robust financial plans that align with the company’s long-term growth strategy and transition to a franchise model in 2026.
- Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling processes to ensure accurate financial projections that support decision-making for both short-term growth and long-term scalability.
- Develop strategic financial insights, including capital allocation and investment strategies, to support the company’s expansion and franchise plans.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and present accurate, timely, and comprehensive financial reports to executive leadership, stakeholders, and investors.
- Provide clear financial analyses that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and recommend actionable insights for operational improvements.
- Establish and maintain a framework for financial reporting that aligns with the company’s goals as it moves toward franchising, ensuring all financial reporting requirements are met.
- Franchise Readiness:
- Partner with the leadership team to develop financial models and forecasts that support the company’s transition to a franchise model, including initial investment requirements, franchisee profitability, and scalability.
- Assess and advise on the financial infrastructure needed to support a franchise system, including processes for franchise fee collection, royalty management, and unit-level economics.
- Work closely with legal and operational teams to ensure compliance with franchise disclosure laws and financial reporting requirements specific to franchising.
The ideal candidate will have a blend of entrepreneurial spirit and deep financial expertise, capable of navigating the challenges of a rapidly growing business while preparing for the franchise transition. This person must thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment and will be a key partner to senior leadership, driving financial strategy and aligning resources to maximize business opportunities.
