ProCare Therapy - Full-Time, Behavioral Experience Preferred

We are currently hiring a Paraprofessional to work with K-8 students in Burlington, WA. This full-time position involves supporting a 5-10 student caseload, with approximately 31.25-32.5 hours/week. Behavioral experience and First Aid/CPI certifications are preferred for this role.

Job Details:

  • Location: Burlington, WA
  • Caseload: K-8, 5-10 students
  • Hours: Full-Time, 31.25-32.5 hours/week
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Behavioral Experience Preferred
  • First Aid/CPI Certification Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with behavior management and maintaining classroom order
  • Provide one-on-one support to students as needed
  • Implement accommodations for students with behavioral and academic needs
  • Work alongside teachers to track and monitor student progress
  • Help foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Qualifications:

  • Behavioral experience preferred, especially with students with special needs
  • First Aid/CPI certifications are preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
