Job Description

We are a manufacturer of personal care products including soaps, lotions, and body washes. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our compounding group. The role involves measuring and mixing materials to form batches of products for the filling machines. Candidates must be able to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mix materials to create batches of products.
• Operate filling machines and ensure accurate product quantities.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with machinery or materials.
• Follow safety protocols and FDA regulations.

Work Environment

This is a very clean manufacturing environment due to being FDA regulated. The facility is climate-controlled and houses over 200 employees, creating a dynamic and collaborative workplace. Shifts available include 1st shift (6 AM - 2:30 PM), 2nd shift (2 PM - 10:30 PM), and rotating 6 AM - 6 PM or 6 PM - 6 AM shifts on a 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off schedule.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00
