Summary: Seeking a Cybersecurity Lead Analyst to manage cybersecurity operations for C5ISR systems, ensuring compliance, risk management, and collaboration with defense stakeholders.

  • Requirements:

    • Minimum of 7 years in cybersecurity, with 3 years in leadership.
    • Experience with C5ISR systems security requirements.
    • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, RMF) and DoD standards.
    • Proficient in vulnerability assessment tools, SIEM platforms, firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption.
    • Understanding of cyber threat intelligence and advanced protection techniques.

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with U.S. government anti-tamper requirements.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Oversee cybersecurity operations including risk assessments and incident response for C5ISR systems.
    • Develop and enforce security strategies aligning with industry standards and regulations.
    • Ensure secure operation of C5ISR platforms in collaboration with military personnel.
    • Lead incident response efforts to resolve security breaches effectively.
    • Conduct risk assessments specific to C5ISR systems and develop protective strategies.
    • Collaborate across departments to integrate cybersecurity measures.
    • Conduct regular security audits ensuring compliance with DoD regulations.
    • Mentor junior staff on the latest defense techniques and technologies.
    • Maintain detailed documentation of protocols and incidents; prepare reports for leadership.


Pay Details: $24.00 to $43.00 per hour
