Lead Virtual Learning as a School Psychologist in Delaware

Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Psychological Assessments: Conduct virtual assessments to identify students' psychological needs and develop targeted intervention plans.
- Collaborative Support: Work closely with educators, parents, and administrators to promote student mental health and academic achievement.
- Counseling and Guidance: Provide online counseling and guidance to students facing emotional, behavioral, or social challenges.
- IEP Participation: Actively participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute valuable insights to the special education process.
- Monitoring Progress: Implement and track individualized interventions, accommodations, and progress monitoring.
Essential Requirements:
- Masters Degree in School Psychology or Related Field: An advanced degree is essential for this role.
- Delaware State Licensure: Must hold a current and valid state licensure as a School Psychologist in Delaware.
- Relevant Experience: Recent experience in a school setting or working with a pediatric population is required.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
