Job Title: Vice President of Technology

Salary: $180,000 - $240,000 annually

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a renowned, family-owned company in the food industry, known for its top-quality Italian-style tomatoes and sauces, to find a Vice President of Technology. This position will be critical in leading the company’s digital transformation and enhancing its technology infrastructure to support business growth.

Position Summary
The Vice President of Technology will spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive IT strategy, overseeing all technical operations, from information security to cloud integration and ERP management. This is a unique opportunity for a visionary IT leader to drive innovation and modernization while ensuring that the company’s systems are secure, reliable, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop an IT strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives, leading digital transformation initiatives.

  • Technology Management: Oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering innovation and collaboration.

  • Project Management: Lead IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Data Management & Analytics: Implement strategies to ensure data integrity and leverage analytics for business decision-making.

  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulations and mitigate IT-related risks.

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.

  • Experience with ERP systems and enterprise software solutions.

  • Leadership experience in building and mentoring high-performing IT teams.

  • Project management expertise, including digital transformation initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field; Master’s preferred.

  • 10+ years of IT management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

  • Some sitting, standing, and walking required.

  • Must be available to work six days a week during the harvest season (July to September).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $180,000 - $240,000 annually.

This is a full-time, onsite position located at the company's administrative office in Modesto, CA.
