ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional for a full-time position in our TLC (moderate/severe special needs) program serving PreK-8th grade students in Stoneham, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting students with severe disabilities and a passion for helping children reach their full potential. This role involves assisting students with personal care, including toileting, as well as providing support with behavior and physical requirements in both the classroom and other school environments.

Experience with children with severe disabilities and knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is preferred. Candidates must be comfortable and willing to assist with personal care and behavioral support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with children with severe disabilities is preferred
  • ABA experience is a plus
  • Must be comfortable assisting with personal care and toileting
  • Ability to support students with behavior and physical requirements
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Must be available for full-time hours (34 hours/week)
