Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Job Duties

  • Provide direct, on-on-one ABA therapy services to clients in varying environments
  • Implement individualized protocols developed by a BCBA
  • Collect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes
  • Work collaboratively with peers, supervisors, and caregivers to promote lifelong learning

Qualifications

  • Hold an active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment
  • Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients
