Location: Gastonia, NC

Type: Full-Time Contract Position

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: 8-hour Day Shift, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel Mammography Technologist to join a leading medical facility in Gastonia, NC. This role involves performing mammography procedures during the day shift, providing a fantastic opportunity for a qualified technologist to enhance their skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform mammography procedures with accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during mammography exams.
  • Accurately document and manage imaging results.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain and operate mammography equipment according to safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • ARRT (R) certification with Mammography (M) required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Mammography Technologist.
  • Ability to work the scheduled day shift (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen in accordance with Joint Commission standards.
