About the Position:

We are seeking a hand-trained Orthopedic Surgeon to join our strong group, where we prioritize the well-being of our physicians and the quality care of our patients. Our practice is dedicated to supporting your success and facilitating professional growth with autonomy. Situated conveniently within a Midwest metro, you'll enjoy the advantages of a reduced cost of living, and easy access to amenities such as an international airport and multiple recreational opportunities.

Schedule:


  • Opportunity to cultivate your practice within an established framework
  • Providers have autonomy in determining workload and can opt for a 4 or 4.5-day workweek

Practice Details:


  • Our group of 7 Orthopedic Surgeons remains private; we do not entertain Private Equity considerations
  • You will have access to a strong support staff and top-notch facilities
  • Partnership Option
  • Ownership in ASC available

Compensation & Benefits:


  • Total compensation potential of $1,000,000
  • Relocation assistance and sign-on bonuses are negotiable
  • Benefits package includes health, dental, vision, retirement, CME allowance, and malpractice coverage
