This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled architect to take on challenging and rewarding projects across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of architectural projects, including design, documentation, and construction administration, ensuring quality, schedules, and budgets are met.

  • Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedules, and budgets while delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

  • Develop project work plans in collaboration with the project team to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Manage diverse project types, including governmental, industrial, and distribution/logistics facilities.

  • Oversee project communications, documentation, and coordination with consultants and government agencies.

  • Provide expertise in marketing, design meetings, and production efforts, contributing to business growth and reputation.

  • Actively participate in defining project scopes, fees, and risk management, while guiding technical staff and mentoring team members.

  • Lead construction administration efforts, ensuring compliance with building codes and project specifications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an NCARB-accredited school.

  • Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills with a collaborative and professional work ethic.

  • Thorough knowledge of architecture practice, including design processes, construction documentation, and administration.

  • Experience with governmental, industrial, and distribution/logistics projects is preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to complex challenges.

  • Advanced knowledge of building codes and sustainable design principles (LEED accreditation is a plus).

  • Proficiency in managing multidisciplinary teams, mentoring staff, and fostering client relationships.

  • Experience with sustainable design and benchmarking is preferred.
