Responsibilities:
• Overseeing accounting operations related to inventory, which includes performing reconciliations and generating reports.
• Conducting cost analysis to identify variations and implementing necessary corrective measures.
• Preparing and scrutinizing monthly financial reports and updating forecasts.
• Ensuring adherence to established accounting policies and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Handling journal entries and maintaining the general ledger.
• Assisting in the preparation for the annual audit.
• Utilizing advanced Excel formulas to manage and analyze data.
• Balancing and reconciling bank statements and account records.
• Using the Famous ERP system for efficient inventory analysis and management.
• Executing month-end close procedures accurately and timely.
• Leveraging your skills in Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, and Journal Entries.• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Expertise in Balance Sheet Reconciliation
• Capability to perform Bank Reconciliations
• Familiarity with General Ledger operations
• Proficiency in Journal Entries
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in Month End Close
• Knowledge of Famous software
• Ability to conduct Cost Analysis
• Experience in Inventory Analysis
• Proficiency in using Excel Formulas
