Job Description

We are looking for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our production team in Bothell, WA. In this role, you will assemble, align, and test complex electro-mechanical, opto-electrical, and mechanical subassemblies according to product diagrams, schematics, or samples. Responsibilities
  • Assemble, align, and test complex electro-mechanical, opto-electrical, and mechanical subassemblies.
  • Clean and prepare parts for assembly.
  • Select and use common hand tools such as torque drivers, soldering irons, screwdrivers, crimp tools, and wire cutters.
  • Grasp, hold, and manipulate small objects repeatedly and for long durations.
Essential Skills
  • Ability to select and use common hand tools such as torque drivers, soldering irons, screwdrivers, crimp tools, and wire cutters.
  • Ability to grasp, hold, and manipulate small objects repeatedly and for long durations.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to operate common systems such as Microsoft Outlook and review PDFs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs frequently, up to 40 lbs regularly, and up to 60 lbs occasionally.
  • Skills in operating computers and common software to use workplace systems.

Work Environment

The work environment is a production setting where some duties require the use of Personal Protective Equipment. The role involves regular sitting, handling, fingering, and feeling, with occasional walking and standing. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and color vision. The position requires eye-hand coordination and the ability to interact positively with co-workers, peers, and upper management. The shift is Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, with the possibility of overtime if needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00
